Role Overview:

 

We are looking for a Director, Operations Analysis for a new Cyber Physical Systems Security product development team who is passionate about controlling and securing cyber physical processes and who has a strong interest in cyber security and data protection. A good understanding of a broad range of CPS environments including Oil and Gas, Electricity, advanced manufacturing, etc.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for understanding CPS environments as well as the challenges with controlling and maintaining these environments.
  • Responsible for Operations analysis efforts, safety systems analysis efforts and understanding of distributed control system implementation and investigating how operational anomalies may indicate the presence of malicious activity. 
  • Responsible for understanding the unique challenges of control system deployments as well as maintenance of components in CPS environments.

Education & Requirements:

  • BS in Engineering or similar  with 12 years experience in operations or security of CPS environments.
  • Demonstrated success in control systems engineering and threat analysis..
  • Demonstrated understanding of health, safety and environmental programs, systems and data in CPS environments.
  • Demonstrated capability in understanding the current regulatory environments for CPS environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS or PhD in engineering or computer science with 12 years experience in operating/securing CPS environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to create novel opportunities to increase efficiencies/reliability using operational insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand anomaly detection and root cause analysis/investigation in CPS operations.
