Our security analytics platform is used by some of the largest organizations in the financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and federal sectors as well as global Service Providers.

Summary:

Securonix is looking for an experienced, driven leader to build on our leadership position of providing next generation Cloud based SIEM & UEBA solutions for the Enterprise and MSSP market.  The Director, Training and Documentation will help lead Securonix to achieve its strategic goals associated with cloud security market leadership. S/he will lead and mentor the team to define strategies and tactics for enabling our customers, partners, and ecosystem to gain the most value out of the Securonix product portfolio. While leading a team of Trainers, Content creators, and documentation experts, s/he will partner across the business to build a world class curriculum and informative/engaging/empowering content that enables user adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

As Director, Training and Documentation, you will be responsible for user enablement, product adoption, and customer satisfaction for Global 2000 and leading MSS / MDR providers security solutions. Our behavior analytics, cloud based SIEM, and advanced detection capabilities differentiate Securonix from other offerings and you will create and deliver world-class content that delivers on that promise.  

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive content, training, and documentation that aligns with our strategy of being a leader in cloud based Detection and Response
• Manage a team of trainers, content creators, and technical writers to execute our strategy and vision
• Drive business strategy and define business objectives in order to prioritize resources delivering on content in the product, near the product, as well as elearning and instructor led courses.
• Become a trusted thought partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and related teams to define training offerings that scale and differentiate while meeting broad set of customer requirements
• Provide a mature perspective, offering sound judgment and counsel to guide our training programs through a period of explosive growth
• Establish key business and technical goals and metrics to manage the business, present customer value, and gauge success.
• Team with internal and external partners to advance Securonix’s offerings.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to maximize adoption through enablement and crisp value proposition articulation
• Provide feedback into Product on ways to improve the customer experience

Qualifications:

• Strong background in building training programs in high growth organizations
• The successful candidate must have strong security domain expertise and be comfortable with not only why security solutions are important but how they work and ability to convey value.
• Ability to be forward-looking on trends/direction
• Ability to manage and lead team to effectively execute on business strategy. 
• Able to determine viability of new products or services; Understands cross-functional requirements; Capable of writing and presenting training collateral.
• Ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope business requirements
• Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion
• S/he will have 8+ years’ success driving training programs.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
• Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally

Education:

• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is highly preferred
• Masters degree (MBA preferred) and 10+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience highly preferred
