This role will lead the internal service delivery team and in conjunction with the sales and product team to provide standards based and streamlined solution delivery of Securonix applications and products to our partners and managed service providers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for effectively implementing internal and external onboarding processes, procedures, and strategies to ensure profitability and business growth.
  • Coordinate internal resources and newly engaged clients for the flawless execution of project launch
  • Develops & executes innovative and strategic onboarding initiatives which targets increased efficiency, profitability, over-all quality, retention and positive client experience.
  • Ensures attainment of staffing requirements across all programs and sites to enable the company to meet and exceed goals and targets.
  • Works with business leaders to establish and execute against targeted proactive recruitment and client onboarding strategies to meet growth demands.
  • Conducts regular project coordination, monitoring and review meetings to ensure that the project timetable is being implemented according to plan and the different units comply with and complete their respective assignments on the committed dates / timelines.
  • Maintains action registry/minutes, provides regular project progress and status reports to management and client and drives projects through all development phases.
  • Assesses results of client onboarding and post-launch versus the client commitments and ensures that proper corrective actions are taken to address such.
  • Monitors the progress / completion status of activities in the project plan and flags any major issues that need resolution and immediate attention or corrective actions. Ensures that changes to the plans are agreed to and communicated to everyone concerned.
  • Coordinates closely with the client for any ongoing issues / concerns on billing, training, operations, technical and quality and ensures these are taken into account or incorporated into any plan revisions.
  • Attends regular project and client meetings including Operations and Quality Reviews and facilitates issue identification, monitoring and closure, during the client onboarding phase.
  • Ensures as well that agreements reached during project briefings with the project team are documented by the Implementation Support.
  • Conducts studies, reviews industry best practices and recommends improvements in all functions supported.

Develops team members through regular and continuous coaching, mentoring, training, performance reviews and professional learning opportunities.

  • Owns the end-to-end recruitment and client onboarding process, continuously formulates changes and improvements that align with business requirements.
  • Provide various management reports and decks.
  • Develop, produce reports and metrics which assist in forecasting, measuring and evaluating recruiting and client onboarding activity and quality.
  • Closely coordinates with the marketing department in developing advertisement and other recruitment materials for publication and use in recruitment activities.
  • Creates and maintains a rewarding atmosphere that fosters open communication, empowerment, and accountability.
  • Improves team morale by providing coaching and mentoring to all team members.
  • Sets controls, daily working disciplines, and quality milestones within the functions in order to maintain the quality of work output.
  • Ensures adherence of all direct reports to the policies, rules, and regulations of the company.
  • Adheres to and / or customizes performance management and succession planning initiatives of the department.
  • Enforces the schedule of performance reviews and assessments as stipulated by the company.
  • Maps out succession planning and career paths to increase staff morale, improve team relations, and improve overall performance.
  • Maintains and extends strong positive relationships with client representatives at all times. Ensures that all interactions both verbal and written are professional and display appropriate courtesy.
  • Other related tasks assigned by managers.
