Responsibilities:

  • You will execute across all digital paid media disciplines (SEM, Display, Paid Social, Native Advertising, etc.) with budget experience for search and display.
  • Be responsible for the development, management, and optimization of all paid media programs such as paid search, programmatic, native advertising, and paid social campaigns
  • Plan, execute and measure A/B testing Campaigns
  • Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts
  • Provide execution based PPC recommendations
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of all PPC activities
  • Manage moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of business verticals
  • Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups and develop keyword lists
  • Leverage insights from analytics platform to make changes to paid search campaigns
  • Generate Weekly and Monthly reporting
  • Provide insights and recommendations on efficient campaign management and reporting tools
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, display network, and other areas of paid search to meet goals.
  • Assist in the development of effective ad copy, content and guide creativity on ideal assets
  • Be responsible for setting goals/targets for campaigns
  • Work with members of the team to develop recommendations and tactical plans to increase ROI
  • Stay current on changes and best practices in PPC
  • Take initiatives regarding social content development, blog writing, group learning, etc.
  • Strategic and creative thinking – always focusing on innovative, but measurable solutions
  • Experience working with financial data and budgets
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with a concentration on paid media strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • 4+ years of experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development
  • Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
  • Google AdWords certified
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data 
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • MA in marketing or similar relevant field
