Securonix pioneered the User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) market and holds patents in the use of behavioral algorithms to detect malicious activities. The Securonix SNYPR platform is built on big data Hadoop technologies and is infinitely scalable. Our platform is used by some of the largest organizations in the financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and federal sectors. 

The Role:

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a strategic HR advisor for Securonix and be instrumental in helping the business drive forward in the current hypergrowth state. You will have the opportunity to partner closely with the business leaders and employees by offering support in all major HR functional areas (workforce planning, organizational design, talent and leadership development, employee relations, compensation, and performance management) and identifying where HR contributions can positively impact the division’s business strategies. You will also partner and collaborate with HR specialist groups from Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Operations to leverage their expertise in alignment with meeting the division’s talent objectives.

In this role reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for the development of people throughout the organization. Through supporting management, you will work with the leadership team and key People Team members to deliver on the performance management process, talent acquisition and other strategic HR initiatives. 


  • Partner with leadership on performance management, org design and more
  • Provide guidance to senior leadership within your client group 
  • Utilize analytics to solve challenges and create opportunities 
  • Support the Talent Attraction team with workforce planning, recruiting and other initiatives that bring top talent to Securonix 
  • Work with Total Rewards guru on compensation items
  • Utilize knowledge on employment law in order to successfully hire and retain talent
  • End-to-end HR service delivery 
  • Build performance-based relationships with leadership and local operational teams.
  • Proactively coach operations leaders on organizational effectiveness, performance management, engagement and development topics including progressive discipline, reward and recognition, training, and workforce diversity.


  • Interest or experience in supporting a Cybersecurity organization
  • Able to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, frugal environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities
  • Able to work both on a team and independently to deliver results
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity and moving quickly to deliver solutions/recommendations
  • Ability to get results in a fast paced environment
  • Expert knowledge of HR theories, practices and principles 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related degree
  • Minimum 8 years experience in HRBP capacity 
  • HR Certification required
  • HR experience in organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, employee relations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's or MBA degree
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of complex strategy discussions
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
