The Role:

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the development of business partner function. You are a creative problem solver who is ready to create solutions to gaps throughout the organization and implement processes that can improve the People function. You will support the Senior HR Business Partner who will directly partner with senior leadership on organizational structure, performance processes and more. A People consultant, you will assist and collaborate with other People team members on compensation, performance management, talent attraction, workforce planning, employee engagement and more.


  • Work closely with the Sr. Human Resources Manager to drive key elements of the talent management strategy, to include talent acquisition, succession planning, organizational dynamics, leadership development, and retention.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years work experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role including, performance management, change management, and coaching/consulting senior leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
  • Employee relations skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience using and presenting data to make decisions
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • HR Certification Preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest or experience in supporting a Cybersecurity organization
  • Able to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, frugal environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities
  • Able to work both on a team and independently to deliver results
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity and moving quickly to deliver solutions/recommendations
