Summary:

Securonix is seeking a seasoned individual with a minimum of 5 -7 years prior experience in delivering advanced security analytics solutions, with a background in data protection, network security, security operations or similar technical fields. The candidate must have spent much of their career in technology sales or professional services and personally influenced the sale and delivery of complex, large-scale business-driven technology solutions to senior client executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with security operations, network monitoring, threat analysis and investigation response solutions
  • Ability to demonstrate Securonix products and services to customers on site, remotely via webinar, sessions, and at field events such as conferences and trade shows.
  • Experience responding to technical and functional questions in RFIs/RFPs
  • Ability to eliminate sales obstacles using creative and adaptive approaches
  • Ability to understand business problems and a passion for applying technology solutions, and leveraging technology trends, to deliver results.
  • Strong customer interaction, written & verbal communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven project leadership skills in complex analytics projects.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment.
  • Proven ability to work closely with direct sales organizations.
  • Advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, statistics, physics, or another technical field.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solution Architect and/or client facing
  • Cyber-Security Consultant.
  • Successful track record of new business production in several industries and ability to exceed quotas.
  • Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision making, presentation,
  • organization, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter who will meet or exceed personal goals.
  • Technical understanding of cyber security products, methods, and technology trends in current market.
  • Understanding of networking, application security, SIEM, and OS in a medium to senior level capacity.
