Securonix pioneered the User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) market and holds patents in the use of behavioral algorithms to detect malicious activities. The Securonix SNYPR platform is built on big data Hadoop technologies and is infinitely scalable. Our platform is used by some of the largest organizations in the financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and federal sectors.  

Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain price book and SKU updates for all Securonix products and services
  • Own documentation and communication for pricing processes including product descriptions, approval workflow, exception approvals, and manage broad communication of updates and changes
  • Partner with Product Strategy and Marketing team for defining and updating product bundles, deliverables, and descriptions
  • Serve as point of contact for Sales and Partner teams for pricing SKU’s for direct customers, resellers, and managed service providers
  • Partner with legal and operations team to align contract language with pricing updates
  • Perform analysis of competitive pricing and build pricing KPIs and metrics
  • Provide operational and project support.

Required Skills and Background

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing and sales operations
  • Demonstrable experience managing price books and SKUs for an enterprise software company with a global sales force
  • Understanding of SaaS/subscription and software licensing models for direct customers, resellers and managed service providers
  • Extensive experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and CPQ
  • Experience working across sales, channel, product marketing, product management, revenue, renewals, and sales operations teams in support of pricing operations and strategy
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-starter, and can quickly identify and resolve inefficiencies across the business
  • High-energy, a positive attitude, and accountability are critical for success in this role
  • PMO experience nice to have but not required
