Job Title:  Instructional Designer/Trainer

  • Curating a list of sources of information that keep you up to date in the latest cyber industry news, brainstorming creative solutions to solving problems.
  • Using the best instructional design techniques to create and lead effective training sessions that result in engaging and quality self-paced and instructor-led offerings.
  • Cultivating relationships with internal teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Support and Sales to provide more effective means of collaboration and helping achieve shared goals.
  • Improving your delivery, the systems and/or materials used daily. Routinely implementing improvements to ultimately help the internal and external trainees more effectively learn the topics.

 Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field of Information Technology or Cyber Security field or at least 1+ year with college credits.
  • Be familiar with policy compliance standards that apply to US and internal business such as PCI, HIPAA, HITRUST, and GDPR.
  • Be familiar with the MITRE ATT&CK framework tactics and techniques and how an organization would leverage this information to create detection and defense solutions.
  • Security certifications: CompTIA, Security+ and other related certifications are a plus.
  • Have a functional understanding of remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, WebEx, or Teams.
  • Must be a US Citizen and be able to travel to other countries to deliver a fantastic in person customer experience.
