POSITION SUMMARY: 

As a Human Resource Generalist, you will be responsible for developing, researching and implementing such human resource policies that not just improve the employee work environment but also focus on organizational priorities. In addition, they must have the ability to recognize such hidden technical issues that hinders a company from achieving its goals. They must also exhibit good collaboration and communication skills so they can communicate with employees throughout the organization and thus influence employees at all levels.

The Human Resource Operations Partner must have a solid technical and business acumen along with strategic thinking for developing policies that are best in favor of business. They will directly partner with senior leadership on organizational structure and performance processes. They will assist and collaborate with other People team members on compensation, performance management, talent attraction, workforce planning and employee engagement.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Supports Employment Engagement with providing counsel to employees and managers relating to performance (promotions) and up to termination.
  • Serve as HR department's project manager, including coordinating and scheduling projects and meetings to support company initiatives.
  • Design and administer employment engagement surveys.
  • Create, develop and advise in personnel policies, programs, and recommending appropriate decisions consistent with company's strategic direction.
  • Drive key elements of the talent management strategy, which include talent attraction, succession planning, organizational dynamics, leadership development, and retention.
  • Work on research and development of policies for people and human resource management and provide such technical solutions that can help in achieving the employee initiatives’ and campaign goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics like statistics on employee retention and experience to come up with ideas for improvements and enhancements.
  • Works on employee rewards and compensation policies, salary increments, and bonuses.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 4+ years’ work experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role including, performance management, change management, and coaching/consulting senior leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
  • HR Certification Preferred.
  • Experience in supporting a CyberSecurity Organization (nice to have).
  • Employee relations skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound Knowledge of employee rewards and compensation campaigns, and a negotiation tactics.
  • Experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Able to Manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, frugal environment with multiple priorities.
  • Able to work both on team and independently to deliver results.
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity and moving quickly to deliver solutions/recommendations.
