Job Title: Senior Service Operations Analyst (Professional Services)

Job Level: Individual Contributor 

Total Experience: 6+ years

Relevant Experience: 5+ years

Primary Skill Sets:   Services resource utilization, CRM, Resource planning, Forecasting

Secondary Skill Sets:  Reports & Dashboards, Planning models and Automation, Process implementations and documentation

POSITION SUMMARY: Professional Services Operations is responsible for working with the global professional service teams to develop, deploy and enforce the best practices, procedures, and tools necessary to ensure consistency, quality, and maximum efficiency of the department. In addition, this person will act as the primary operational interface with other Securonix department leaders.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) via strategic and operational objectives
  • Collaborate with leadership team to develop annual plans and strategic goals for the PS organization
  • Manage timesheet processing and administration
  • Monitor Professional Services resource utilization against targets within the PSA tool (tool to be finalized) with responsibility for making data-driven staffing and resourcing decisions. Use Harvest/Excel to begin with
  • Create and maintain pipeline services projects based on sales opportunities
  • Monitor the PS team’s input into the PSA and ensuring data compliance
  • Manage Salesforce and PSA metrics and dashboards, supporting ad-hoc metric requests as required
  • Examine the financial data and use it to improve profitability
  • Recommend go-to-market actions based on analytical findings to senior leaders
  • Works closely with stakeholders across departments to identify, analyze and automate manual processes to improve productivity
  • Implement best practice for metrics tracking for the Professional Services teams (e.g. weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting reviews and data for QBR)
  • Create process documentation to support synchrony across the organization and collaborate cross-functionally on improvements
  • Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures as required
  • Support our invoicing process.
  • Ensure global accuracy of Professional Services financials (in partnership with our Finance team), owning a monthly and quarterly end process                                                                                
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven work experience as Professional Services operations / Business/Sales Operations Analyst (Technology or Software industry preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to identify trends and influence business decisions
  • Experience with basic system administration and knowledge of applications including: PSA tools and Salesforce
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA, MS office and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI), R and SQL a plus
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and employees, working effectively in a global team environment with shared responsibilities
  • Motivated self-starter who can focus on achieving a set goal with limited supervision
  • Bachelor's Degree in in Business, Finance, Statistics or a similar discipline (MBA a plus)
