Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Level: Individual Contributor

POSITION SUMMARY: 

Securonix is looking for a highly driven and organized self-starter to join as our Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate has had previous experience either as an Executive Assistant, Sales or Marketing Coordinator, or Recruiting coordinator, that is looking to grow their career into event planning, project management, sales, or operations. Based in our Dallas, TX office, this key team member will wear multiple hats in our GTM team, coordinating and owning logistics, meeting management, and supporting department wide change management initiatives in a time of significant transformation and growth, along with providing administrative support to our Chief Growth Officer for calendar, travel, and expense management.

 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meeting Management:
    • Own meeting logistics, invite lists, and agendas for GTM cadence meetings. Collect all presentation materials and circulate after meetings.
    • Join meetings as needed to collect action items and follow through to completion.
  • Organization and Documentation:
    • Distribution list creation and ongoing management for GTM organization
    • Maintain our Revenue Operations email inbox and triage responses as needed
    • Help in creation of presentation materials, including organizational charts, powerpoints, and FAQ documents.
  • Budget and Expense Management:
  • Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and tracking all revenue organization expenses in alignment with company procurement processes
  • Manage our sales P-Card and submit monthly corporate expense reports
  • Own all SWAG vendor relationships and maintain inventory, submit new orders as needed
  • Onsite Office & Event Support:
    • Be GTM Leadership’s go-to person in the Dallas, TX office to help with checking in visitors, arranging on-site meetings, lunches, and dinner reservations
    • Assist in coordination with all GTM internal events (Sales Kickoff, Presidents Club, Leadership offsites), including time and agenda management, and liaising with vendors, venues, and third parties to ensure event success
  • C- Level Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support for our Chief Growth Officer - maintaining his dynamic and complex calendar with both internal and external meetings via G Suite.
    • Book and manage all of the Chief Growth Officer’s travel, including prompt expense management.

 REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in a coordination role in a fast paced tech environment
  • Experience with event planning and complex meeting management
  • High sense of urgency with an innate drive to respond and take action quickly
  • Comfortable managing up, holding executives accountable, and being persistent where needed to get the job done
  • A service-oriented mindset, anticipating all needs and last-minute scheduling changes
  • Exceptional organization, written, and verbal communication skills, and and excels at working with a variety of personalities
  • Highly detail-oriented multitasker with proven track record of prioritizing effectively in a changing environment
  • Experience working with G Suite (calendar, gmail, drive, docs and sheets).
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience with Concur (nice to have)
