Job Title : Director - Sales Operations

Job Level: Mid Level

Total Experience: 12+ years

Relevant Experience: 6-8yrs

Primary Skillsets: :Direct Sales, SaaS, Account management, Renewals, Upselling, Cross selling and etc

Secondary Skillsets: Knowledge on UEBA, Next Gen SIEM and Security Data Lakes market.

Position Summary:

The Sales Operations will be responsible for and will be an integral part of the go-to-market leadership team, bringing a data-driven mindset to drive a culture of performance and accountability in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Own strategy and operational excellence of Go-To-Market teams, breaking down silos across the customer lifecycle to drive ARR growth. This is a people leader role, for someone who likes to roll-up their sleeves to get things done, with high-growth potential as the business continues to scale.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a strategic thought leader with Sales leaders, Revenue Operations, and go-to-market executive team
  • Own leadership dashboards reporting sales, forecasting, pipeline, churn, and customer performance KPIs
  • Own SFDC data hygiene, workflows, dashboards, and governance
  • Support go-to-market planning, including account segmentation, coverage model, territory design, compensation planning / commission administration, and quota allocation 
  • Lead all efforts to integrate and automate go-to-market processes, systems, people, and data flows to maximize return on sales & marketing investment
  • Analyze funnel metrics to develop insights on our sales pipeline, and partner with front-lines sales managers to implement process improvements
  • Uncover insights to improve sales productivity and new growth opportunities Establish and maintain business relationships in the go-to-market organization, and consistently demonstrate a thorough understanding of internal customers' business needs


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8-12 years of related work experience (Sales Ops / GTM Consulting) extensive knowledge of revenue tools, processes, and forecasting
  • 5+ years’ experience managing high-performance teams in a high growth SaaS environment
  • Experience in large enterprise go-to-market selling motion, with complex direct / indirect sales cycles
  • Experience with marketing and sales data, as well as a strong understanding of the metrics used to drive effective decision-making in these functions
  • Sound business judgment and strategic thinking; able to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and simple action plans
  • Proven history of working and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and executive storytelling with data via PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of enterprise software sales, marketing, and analytics tech stack, including advanced SFDC proficiency
  • Proactive & coachable, with ability to adapt to constructive feedback
  • 10-15% travel
